Meet Our Staff

Deidre Limongelli OTD, OTR/L

Program Supervisor

Deidre is a licensed occupational therapist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She received a doctorate and master's degree from Misericordia University and is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Deidre has completed research in the pediatric field that has been presented nationally and internationally at the American Occupational Therapy Association Annual Conference.

Deidre consistently advances her clinical skills and therapeutic reasoning through continuing education and research opportunities. She has worked with children across a variety of settings including early intervention, schools, inpatient, child care centers, aquatics and outpatient/private practice. Deidre strives to meet the needs of each family through collaboration, creating strong therapeutic relationships and facilitating positive outcomes. She is passionate about her work with children and, in her off hours, loves spending time with family, exercising and traveling.

Patricia "Patti" Kaczmarczyk MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Patti received a bachelor's degree in health sciences with a concentration in human development and master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Scranton. Her educational background has helped her to understand the therapeutic process from a developmental perspective, as well as the logistics of establishing a treatment program and navigating the case management process. She has worked with children in inclusion settings and private clinical practice. Additionally, throughout her career, she has supervised graduate and undergraduate occupational therapy students.

Patti is a member of national and state occupational therapy associations and participates in continuing education and research opportunities. She values the opportunity to collaborate and work with families and believes that involving each child in the development of their treatment plan and therapy goals is the key to ensuring a successful therapeutic process. Outside of work, Patti enjoys spending time with family at the shore, hiking, swimming and cooking.

Kyla Vacchio OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Kyla Vacchio is a licensed occupational therapist in New Jersey. She received her doctorate of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University. Kyla specializes in Pediatrics and Assistive Technology and Devices.

Her roles within the community include being a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association. She has also presented at the National Conference of American Occupational Therapy Association and New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association Conference.

Kyla's doctoral thesis focused on the creation of a new health information technology, AT Aware; she believes it is important to provide equity on assistive technology literacy for pediatric OT practitioners while promoting better health care quality and improving treatment outcomes for clients in need.

Kyla finds her work rewarding in so many ways: 'As an occupational therapist, I strive to connect the physical, social, emotional and cognitive abilities of all children that I work with. By providing comprehensive and collaborative care, we are able to defy limitations, foster authenticity and allow children to become their happiest selves.'

Adelaide "Addy" Ehlis OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Adelaide is a licensed occupational therapist in New Jersey and certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists. She received a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Health from Quinnipiac University.

Her roles within the community include being a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and she has presented at the National Conference of the American Occupational Therapy Association. She is passionate about human development, feeding therapy and sensory integration. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking and trips to the Jersey Shore.

Adelaide finds her work rewarding in many ways:

'I wanted to become a pediatric OT because I had the desire to help children (and have fun in the process!) at a young age through babysitting and working at local preschools. I am motivated to create connections with children and their families to promote skill development and confidence with everyday routines.'

Amanda Sillib MS, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Amanda is a licensed occupational therapist in New Jersey and certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University.

A member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Amanda continues to advance her clinical skills through continuing education. Her professional interests include social participation and play skills, confidence and self-esteem building and fostering meaningful engagement in daily routines. Amanda is dedicated to helping children strengthen the skills that support independence and connection across home, school, and community environments.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, spending time with friends and family and traveling.

Amanda finds her work rewarding in many ways: 'Becoming an occupational therapist felt like the perfect blend of creativity, play, and purpose. I love finding ways to help children feel proud of themselves and more confident in their everyday routines.'

Amie Brancheau

Office Coordinator

Amie Brancheau is the office coordinator for the Basking Ridge and Chatham Offices. A graduate of Providence College, Amie loves spending time with her family, walking her golden retriever and volunteer work in her free time.
